2. Flanging and tapping: Flanging is the process of drilling holes, which involves machining slightly larger holes on smaller base holes to increase strength and prevent slipping. It is usually used for thin sheet metal processing.
3. Punch processing: Punch processing is completed by corresponding molds, such as punching and cutting corners, punching and dropping materials, punching convex hull and other processing methods.
4. Riveting processing: The operation is completed through a punch press or riveting machine, such as riveting bolts, riveting nuts, and riveting screws.
5. Bending processing: It is usually coordinated by a bending machine and a bending mold to create a three-dimensional shape from flat materials.
6. Welding processing: Welding is the process of combining multiple parts together, usually using methods such as robot welding, CO2 shielded welding, argon arc welding, spot welding, etc., depending on the requirements.
7. Surface treatment: usually used to protect materials and prevent oxidation, by coating the material surface with a protective film, such as phosphating film, baking paint, etc.
8. Assembly: Combining multiple parts in a certain way to create a finished product.
