1. Cutting: There are various ways of cutting, usually using several combinations.
a. Use a shearing machine to cut out the unfolded diagram, which includes the shape, length and width dimensions of the required sheet metal parts, combined with punching and die punching, corner cutting, etc;
b. Punching machines require short working hours and high efficiency for material cutting. The flat plate structure formed by unfolding the parts on the board is punched step by step using a punch machine.
c. CNC cutting, by writing CNC programs, CNC machine tools punch and form according to the program. In addition, there is also laser cutting, which uses laser cutting.
2. Flanging and tapping: Flanging is the process of drilling holes, which involves machining slightly larger holes on smaller base holes to increase strength and prevent slipping. It is usually used for thin sheet metal processing.
3. Punch processing: Punch processing is completed by corresponding molds, such as punching and cutting corners, punching and dropping materials, punching convex hull and other processing methods.
4. Riveting processing: The operation is completed through a punch press or riveting machine, such as riveting bolts, riveting nuts, and riveting screws.
5. Bending processing: It is usually coordinated by a bending machine and a bending mold to create a three-dimensional shape from flat materials.
6. Welding processing: Welding is the process of combining multiple parts together, usually using methods such as robot welding, CO2 shielded welding, argon arc welding, spot welding, etc., depending on the requirements.
7. Surface treatment: usually used to protect materials and prevent oxidation, by coating the material surface with a protective film, such as phosphating film, baking paint, etc.
8. Assembly: Combining multiple parts in a certain way to create a finished product.

Sheet metal fabrication services

Sheet metal manufacturing is a comprehensive processing technology for sheet metal (usually less than 6mm in thickness). Through a series of processes such as cutting, bending, stamping, welding and surface treatment, the flat sheet metal is processed into various parts with complex shapes and high precision requirements. These parts play a key role in the structural composition of various products. Such as the shell of the car body, the chassis of the electronic equipment, etc., are typical products of sheet metal manufacturing.
